South Korea Spring Trip 2018 Itinerary

Hi, I’m back to share about the itinerary while I was in South Korea. Let’s see my itinerary!

DAY 1 – BigHit Entertainment Building, K-Star Road & Gangnam Street, Myeongdong

DAY 2 – Nami Island, Petite French, Style Nanda Pink Pool Café

DAY 3 – Everland, Namsan Tower

DAY 4 – Changdeokgung Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village, Ewha University, Dongdaemun Design Plaza

DAY 5 – Gamcheon Culture Village, Haeundae Beach, APEC Naru Park

DAY 6 – Jinhae Cherry Blossom Festival, Haeundae Night Market

DAY 7 – Hangang Park, LINE Friend Store Itaewon, Seoul Central Mosque,

DAY 8 – Common Grounds Café, Insadong

DAY 9 – Back to Indonesia

Actually there are many places that have not been visited while we’re in Korea, such as Cheonggyecheon River, Hongik University, Apgujeong, Lotte World, Seoul Forest Park, COEX, BIFF square, Oryukdo Skywalk, and more. I think 8 days is not enough for me! Maybe you need to spare 2/3 weeks too explore South Korea XD.

Tips :

1. Make sure you plan well.

For a newbie backpacker like me who only have limited time in South Korea, make sure you visit from one place to other not too far. Once again, time is money! And you will be too exhausted if you're not planned efficiently. Since you will be using public transportation.

2. Dynamic to change with itinerary.

We faced extreme climate change while we’re in South Korea. The first four days were 14-18 degrees. After that we experienced the temperature below 10 degree even 2 degrees on the last day and not to forget the strong wind. The climate impacts our itinerary because we could not go to many place since it’s too cold to go outside.

3. Itinerary

a. Bukchon Hanok Village - Gyeongbokgung/Changdeokgung/ Palace – Insadong

Make sure you plan to visit this place in one day because this place is in the same area.

b. K-Star Road – Entertainment Building (SM, JYP, FNC) - Garosu-gil – COEX – Gangnam Style Landmark

You won’t be missed Gangnam area right? Be sure to K-Star road first, you could find

Gangnam map where you could find famous place in Gangnam. I regret not to visit SM & JYP building while it’s near with K-Star Road T.T And don’t forget to visit Garosu-gil, because its famous hangout for Koreans for the café & fashion store from famous designer. I regret not to visit Garosu-gil too.
